What information is recorded?

When a user registers on the Multi-Planning website, he must provide an e-mail address and create a password to access his customer account. The e-mail address is used in particular to send notifications from the Multi-Planning website to the Multi-Planning user, for example regarding login details, announcements, information, etc.
By virtue of art. 6, s. 1, point b of the GDPR, personal data is also collected and processed if the user communicates them to us for the purpose of executing a contract or when creating his customer account. The nature of the data collected in this context is clearly identifiable with regard to the information requested in the forms. The user can delete his customer account at any time by sending a request to this effect to the address of the controller (Multi-Planning) which appears at the bottom of this document. We keep and use the data communicated to us by the Multi-Planning user in order to carry out the contracts concluded with him. Once the contract has been duly executed or the customer account deleted, the data is blocked taking into account the retention periods provided for by tax and commercial law; at the end of these deadlines, the data is deleted unless the user expressly consents to our continued processing of their data or if the law allows us to carry out further processing of the data, of which we would inform the user thereafter.
Connecting Multi-Planning to Google
If the user has a Google account, it is possible for him to synchronize his data (calendar, contacts) present in Multi-Planning, with Google Calendar via a module. This connection mode is based on single sign-on technology.
Data processing in the context of single sign-on
If the user visits one of our websites that contains such a module, the browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the relevant service. The content of the plug-in is transmitted directly to the server by Google and integrated into the page. Via this integration, Google is informed that the browser has accessed the page in question, including if the user does not have a Google account and if he is not logged in to the corresponding service. This information (including the IP address) is transmitted by the browser directly to a Google server according to Google , where it is stored.
Legal basis:
These data processing operations are carried out in accordance with art. 6, s. 1, point f GDPR, on the basis of the legitimate interests pursued by Google, namely the insertion of personalized advertisements based on the user’s surfing behavior.
Even before the connection is established, the user must have been informed of the transmission of his data to Google and have expressly consented to it so that, in the event of use of synchronization with his Google account, and depending on the options of confidentiality set by the user on the service concerned, we can exchange private and public information associated with the Google profile. This information includes in particular the user’s identifier, his profile picture, his appointments, his list of contacts and their associated information.
Google LLC, headquartered in the United States, is a certified company under the EU-US Privacy Shield , which guarantees compliance with the level of protection of personal data in force in the EU. If the user does not want Google to associate the data collected through our websites with their Google profile, they must deactivate the synchronization of their data with Google.
Use of payment service providers
Payments are processed by the following payment service providers:

As part of the ordering process, and in accordance with art. 6, s. 1, point b of the GDPR, the information communicated by the Multi-Planning user as well as the information relating to the order (name, address, account number, bank code, if applicable credit card number, invoice amount , currency and transaction number) are sent to the payment service provider chosen by the Multi-Planning user. To be able to validate his subscription, the user must provide information on a means of payment, (generally an IBAN) which will be collected by Multi-Planning.

Information on the use of the Multi-Planning site of a Multi-Planning user
The Multi-Planning server automatically collects in an “activity log” information on how Multi-Planning is used by Multi-Planning users. Retention period of personal data
